Yin Yoga pre and postnatal
Prenatal Yin Yoga
What if, during these nine months, you gave yourself some real time to slow down? Yin Yoga offers a very gentle practice, adapted to the body's transformations during pregnancy. Through comfortable poses, breathing, and stillness, it invites you to release tension, calm the mind, and create more space within the body. A moment to simply listen to your sensations and reconnect with yourself and your baby... and to embrace each stage of this major transformation with greater gentleness.
Tuesdays from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Postnatal Yin Yoga
After giving birth, both body and heart need time, attentiveness, and gentleness. Yin Yoga provides a space to slow down, release accumulated tension, and gradually reconnect with bodily sensations. It is a gentle practice that invites you to breathe, settle in, and care for yourself—free from pressure or performance expectations. A moment just for you to regain balance and mobility, reconnect with your body, and welcome this new life with greater calm and presence.
Thursdays from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM

My name is Adelyne; as a mother of two, I know just how transformative a period motherhood is—beautiful and intense in equal measure. The body changes, emotions shift, and the mind is often heavily taxed... yet we rarely think to give ourselves a true space of our own. When I was pregnant, I would have loved to discover a practice like Yin Yoga—a moment to simply slow down, listen to my body, breathe, and embrace all the transformations taking place. Today, through my classes, I want to offer expectant and new mothers this special pause, inviting you to release tension, calm the mind, and deeply reconnect with your sensations. During pregnancy, it can also become a wonderful time to connect with your baby—taking the time to breathe, to feel, and to create a calm space where you can simply be together.
