Designed to support parents during the first 1,000 days, our retreats offer a calming, welcoming environment, perfectly adapted to the needs of pregnancy and the postnatal period.

Each participant benefits from comprehensive guidance provided by midwives, doulas, psychologists, sports coaches, osteopaths and dieticians, all experts in perinatal care.

Our retreats are designed for mothers as well as young couples, and are available in French and English.
