Prepare your body and mind for natural childbirth
A natural childbirth requires greater self-awareness, developing your own strengths, and facing challenges.
During the two preparation sessions, we will guide you so that you can experience your birth with complete peace of mind and to the best of your ability.
To achieve this, we will use a deep relaxation technique combined with specific breathing exercises and the visualization of positive images.
We will also discuss your body's processes and the baby's descent facilitated by different positions, as well as developing awareness of your pelvic floor.
